This product is an integrated system for managing concrete casting in dam projects. It has 3 major features.
1. Concrete manufacturing management function
There is a concrete manufacturing management function. On-site concrete casting plans can be made, concrete mixing ratios can be communicated from the site office to the batcher plant, and past mixing history can be confirmed.
2. Site area environmental information notice function
Environmental information (temperature, rainfall, etc.) near concrete casting sites is collected and can be monitored in a remote office. In addition, river water levels are measured, and when they near a dangerous level for construction, site personnel and the office are warned by email and telephone. This allows construction to proceed safely.
3. Daily report generation function
Accumulated concrete casting records and weather/rainfall records can be output as vouchers that conform to the prescribed format instead of only viewed on screen.
