Environmental monitoring and control system for the factory plant (in some cases, it is referred to as vegetable plant.)
1) Monitoring
The conditions inside the plant factory (including error detection) can be grasped at real time.
2) Controlling
Maintains the room temperature and liquid fertilizer constant.
3) Statistic simulation
Analyzes data of cultivation condition and crop amount obtained in the past and at the same time, future crop amount can be simulated.
Estimates how much crop can be harvested and when it can be shipped, supporting systematic production.
4) Flexible customizing function
Provides customized screen specification, according to the customer's requirements.
1) Periodical controlling function of various cultivation conditions, such as temperature and lighting.
In the same way as the conditions for outdoor culture, temperature and lightings conditions are controlled by changing periodically (at a constant time interval).
It is said that difference in temperature between day and night is necessary for head lettuce and pears to grow deliciously, Using this system allows reproduction of the same culture conditions.
2) Error detection/reporting function
Judges "Error" when the value under measurement is outside the pre-established "upper/lower limit" range, and sends report to the manager. The report can be issued in a form the customer desires, such as alarm or mail.
Promptly responds to reduction in the illuminance (brightness) of lighting and change in the invisible conditions, such as the pH of water for hydroponic culture.
1) Maximum number of controlling items (maximum number of conditions that can be monitored or controlled.)
The maximum number of controlling items (conditions that can be monitored or controlled (temperature, lighting, pH, etc.) for a basic package is 512 types.
As it is possible to manage 512 types of conditions, it can be used at various sites from experimental culture to large-scale plant factories.

2) Maximum number of controlling items (maximum number of sets for growable conditions)
For instance, when monitoring or controlling the following conditions, it is necessary to manage (monitoring and controlling) 8 types of conditions in all.
Using the basic package of this system, a maximum of 512 types of conditions can be managed, allowing plant cultivation under about 62 sets of conditions (≌ 512 types/8 types).
It is effective for integrated management of data for considering cultivation condition of plants and when there are multiple plantation sites.
3) Graphic panel screen can be made as one of the graphic panel screen (optional) management screens. Using the graphic panel screen allows display of measurement results and equipment conditions (opening/closing of valve) in addition to the layout of various equipments at the site.
